Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated 3rd Shift Production Operator to join their client's dynamic team in San Marcos, California. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and contribute to the production processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining production machinery, ensuring product quality, and following safety guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient production processes.
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Inspect finished products for quality assurance and adherence to specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and health regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Document production data and report any issues to the supervisor.
  • Assist in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and performing minor repairs.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
  • Ability to operate machinery and perform manual labor tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team setting.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed.
  • Willingness to work the 3rd shift schedule.

Work Hours:

3rd Shift - 12am - 8am

Pay:

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
